Athletics

Yesterday on the Tuesday 2016 we learnt to do sprint starts one of the skills was to listen to the clap or if he said GO you run. Another skill is when he say ON YOUR MARK you go and walk up to the starting line and when he says GET SET you put one leg ford and put all your weight on to that leg but the leg you put ford is the one that is strong. Then when he say GO!!! You use all your might to push of and don't forget eyes on the prize. On all of those skills I did really good... and next time I hope I could do better that that.
